  - Added support for the NDFD REST service (now used by default), although

- Added BoxCast, a new example Web app that uses the Mapbox GL Javascript 
  library.
- Replaced the getforecast example server app with a simpler CGI version. This
  server app is used with the QxCast and BoxCast example Web apps.

  - Added cthreads unit for multi-threading.
  - Eliminated Swift 2 version of wrapper class.

- SwiftCast example app (version 1.0.3):
  - Updated to Swift 3 syntax.
  - Now using Grand Central Dispatch background queue when retrieving forecast.
  - Added NSAllowArbitraryLoads to Info.plist to work around El Capitan (and 
    later) security restriction on loading insecure http sites like
    virtualearth.net and other http sites it uses.
  - libndfd.dylib now copied to Frameworks rather than Resources so it gets
    codesigned.

- Added support for new NDFD WSDL that uses https protocol. Note that 
  currently the newly parsed code by ws_helper appears to work fine with Indy,
  Synapse (trunk) and NS (OS X Foundation) HTTP clients, but not with FPC's
  HTTP client. Still under investigation...
